Property Manager Wanted.
The right candidate must have a track record of strong growth, will be up to date with the Residential Tenancies Act, be proficient in day to day management of a portfolio including VCAT appearances, routine inspections, rent reviews, lease renewals, management of rent arrears, have excellent negotiation skills, have great time management skills and be an excellent communicator. Ongoing training and fully computerised systems provided as well as a base salary and incentive based remuneration package
